Amalia Hilliard played for the New York Sharks in 2001. The previous year she had played for the New York Galaxy.

As a mom that works full time as an accountant, all of her available time is devoted to raising her three children (Dalton, Kamden, and Paige), with the help of her husband Larry.

Her aspiration is to be part of the successful beginning of women’s professional football. Her expectations as a professional football player are to stay healthy, have fun, promote the sport and support players and organizations that are trying to do the same.

” I want to be a part of making it happen so that hopefully my daughter will have the option/opportunity to play football at the high school level. Football is one of the only sports that truly requires a team effort to accomplish anything!”
